Sitters with Love is a professional cat sitting service based in Luxembourg, created exclusively for cats. Our approach is built on the belief that cats deserve care that respects both their physical and emotional wellbeing.
We do not simply visit homes to feed cats; we preserve routines, observe behaviour, reduce stress and provide calm, individualised care while families are away.
Our philosophy has been shaped by years of experience with cats of different ages, personalities and backgrounds. Every booking teaches us something new, and continuous learning is one of our core values.

Every visit adapts to the individual cat.
Some cats need play, others quiet companionship, some simply need someone to sit peacefully nearby. We never force interaction. Trust is earned through patience, consistency and respect.
Before your booking
How to prepare at home
Supplies
Prepare enough food, litter and medication for the whole booking plus a safety margin.
Cleaning products
Leave cleaning products visible and accessible.
Emergency details
Provide veterinary and emergency contact details.
Routine notes
Explain routines, preferences and any behavioural or medical changes.
Care products
Leave grooming or eye and ear care products if they form part of your cat's normal routine.

Service area
15 km from Luxembourg City Centre included
A 15 km radius from Luxembourg City Centre is included. Additional distance is charged at €0.50 per kilometre and is always agreed in advance.
Booking conditions
Simple, transparent conditions
Meet & Greet
Complimentary Meet & Greet before the first booking.
Reservation payment
50% reservation payment to confirm the booking.
Final payment
Remaining 50% payable at the end of the booking.
Cancellation
40% cancellation fee for cancellations within 72 hours.
Veterinary visits
First veterinary visit included. Additional visits: €15/hour plus mileage outside the service area.
Keys and home access
Secure access, handled with care
Many clients ask us to keep their keys between bookings because flights may be delayed or travel plans can change unexpectedly. Keeping your keys allows us to extend your booking quickly if your cat needs additional visits.
Keys are stored securely, never labelled with your name or address, and kept separately from client information. When you wish to collect them, we ask you to arrange an appointment at our address and sign a Key Return Form. This protects both your family and Sitters with Love by providing a clear record of the handover.
